Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:

• Daily transaction recording in system.

• Bookkeeping in Tally & ERP software.

• Handling voucher entries of suppliers, contractor and petty cash bill.

• Aging analysis of suppliers’ advance and adjustment long outstanding.

• Aging analysis of contractors’ advance and adjustment long outstanding.

• Preparation of necessary documents for VAT return filing.

• TDS & VDS challan preparation.

• Handling office petty cash.

• Financial statement preparation.

• Depreciation calculation.

• Maintain and filing investment documents.

• Periodical report preparation for supervisor/management.

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
