Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Financial&Internal Audit Assistant Specialist to support asset management, cost control, and finance-related business operations. The position will assist in monitoring company assets, analyzing expenses, improving business efficiency, and supporting internal audit activities to ensure proper financial control and compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage company assets and maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting.

  2. Support cost management through expense monitoring and variance analysis.

  3. Coordinate with different departments to improve business efficiency and financial control.

  4. Assist in purchase management, contract management, and supplier payment follow-up.

  5. Conduct internal business process audits to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement areas.

  6. Prepare financial reports, documents, and presentations for management review.

  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control systems.

  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support finance and internal audit activities.
