Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content & Post Management: Create, design, and schedule engaging posts and graphics across all official pages and channels of Next Group BD and its sister concerns.

2.Reels & Video Production: Conceptualize, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to boost brand visibility and audience reach.

3.Community Engagement: Actively monitor and manage post comments, messages, and audience queries across all brand pages with a prompt and professional approach.

4.Cross-Brand Support: Provide comprehensive digital, creative, and posting support to miniOrs, Versity Visa, and RMG Talks simultaneously.

5.Poster & Visual Design: Design eye-catching promotional posters, campaign banners, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements & Preferences:

1.Hands-on skill in content creation, social media management, or graphic design.

2.Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.).

3.Good understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms, posting mechanics, and community interaction.

4.Creative mindset with strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
