Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for overseas jobs in Middle East and Europe.

• Promote services through Facebook ads, WhatsApp marketing, job fairs, field marketing, and referrals.

• Counsel candidates about job opportunities, salary, visa process, and processing time.

• Explain company services including work permit process, required documents, and service fees.

• Convert interested candidates into registered clients and maintain follow-ups.

• Guide candidates in preparing documents (Passport, CV, certificates, medical).

• Coordinate with the visa processing team and update clients on work permit, embassy appointment, and visa status.

• Support marketing activities such as social media promotion and career seminars.

• Achieve monthly sales and registration targets.
