Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting travel services, attracting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves developing marketing strategies, increasing sales, and enhancing the agency’s brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

• Promote and sell travel packages, air tickets and visa services

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities

• Meet monthly and yearly sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media

• Prepare quotations and customized travel packages

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients

Marketing Duties

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Coordinate with designers for marketing materials

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors
