1. Manage the overall day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

2. Oversee procurement of raw materials, ingredients, packaging and other kitchen requirements.

3. Manage kitchen staff, including duty allocation, supervision, performance and discipline.

4. Ensure proper food preparation, quality, taste, portion control and presentation.

5. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.

6. Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage and overall operational expenses.

7. Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of B2B and B2C orders.

8. Communicate with customers regarding orders, queries, complaints and feedback.

9. Manage customer communication through social media and other digital channels.

10. Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal teams for smooth operations.

11. Monitor kitchen equipment, maintenance and other operational requirements.

12. Develop and implement necessary SOPs and operational controls.

13. Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.

14. Prepare regular reports and provide operational updates to management.

15. Continuously identify opportunities to improve product quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.
