Responsibilities & Context:
অতিথি সেবা (Guest Service) ও ফ্রন্ট ডেস্ক পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা;
বুকিং, রুম ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও স্টাফ সুপারভিশনে অভিজ্ঞতা;
কম্পিউটার পরিচালনা ও অনলাইন বুকিং সিস্টেম সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে;
ভদ্র, স্মার্ট ও নেতৃত্বদানের সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে;
শিফটিং ডিউটিতে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে;
বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে;
আন্তর্জাতিক মানের আবাসিক হোটেল সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান, নিরাপত্তা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও হসপিটালিটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বজায় রাখার অভিজ্ঞতা ও ব্যবসায়িক পরিবেশ সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
