• B.Sc./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong professional experience in the lubricant/ automotive industry may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in Lubricants, Automotive, Petroleum, Technical Sales, Workshop/ Service or a related industry.
• Experience in lubricant product training, technical support, sales training or customer education will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with previous experience working with established lubricant brands will receive preference.
• Experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Seminar Speaker or Product Trainer will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive lubricants.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and understandable manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Good command of Bangla and English.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
• Ability to conduct both classroom and practical training.
• Ability to confidently speak in front of a large audience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel for seminars, dealer meetings and training programs when required.

Additional Advantage

Candidates will be highly preferred if they have:

• Experience conducting lubricant seminars or workshops.
• Experience training mechanics, dealers, retailers or sales teams.
• Knowledge of API, SAE, ACEA and other relevant lubricant standards.
• Experience in lubricant formulation, product application or technical services.
• Previous experience representing a lubricant/automotive brand in public seminars.
• A proven record of professional public speaking.

About the Position

MotoVex Bangladesh is looking for a highly skilled, knowledgeable and confident Lubricant Technical Trainer & Professional Speaker who can develop the technical knowledge and professional skills of our employees in the lubricant industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Automotive Lubricants, Engine Oil, Gear Oil, Transmission Fluid, Grease and other lubrication products, along with excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-house training sessions, product knowledge programs, technical workshops, dealer/customer training and seminars representing MotoVex.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for MotoVex staff on lubricant products and their applications.
• Provide detailed training on:

* Automotive Lubricants

* Engine Oil

* Motorcycle & Car Lubricants

* Gear Oil

* Transmission Fluid

* Grease

* Coolant & related automotive fluids

* Viscosity grades and API/industry standards

* Lubricant selection and proper application

* Oil change intervals and maintenance practices

* Common lubrication-related problems and troubleshooting

• Train Sales, Marketing and Technical teams on product features, benefits and technical advantages.
• Develop training materials, presentations, product guides and technical learning modules.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and interactive training sessions.
• Represent MotoVex as a Technical Speaker at seminars, dealer meetings, customer events and industry programs.
• Deliver professional presentations to dealers, retailers, mechanics, workshops, corporate customers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct product awareness and technical knowledge sessions for customers and business partners.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with technical explanations during customer meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest lubricant technologies, automotive technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback/ recommendations to management.
• Perform other training and technical responsibilities assigned by management.
