Responsibilities & Context:

• Teach English Language and Literature by the CAIE curriculum for middle school (III–VII).

• Prepare the syllabus, session plans, schemes of work, and detailed lesson plans.

• Design and develop question papers and mark schemes aligned with CAIE standards.

• Create and deliver lecture materials and multimedia presentations.

• Assess and evaluate students' written work, assignments, and overall performance.

• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Support student portfolio development following school guidelines.

• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, line managers, and school administrators.

• Collaborate with the school team and contribute to academic planning and events.

• Take initiative and willingly perform tasks assigned by section and school management.

• Fulfill all academic responsibilities, including exam duties and parent communication.
