Educational Requirements
A postgraduate degree/PGT (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) plus B.Ed. from a recognized university.
O Level and A Level academic background preferred.
IELTS score of 7.0+ is an added advantage.
Experience & Additional Requirements
Minimum age: 25 years.
Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
Experience teaching CAIE O & A Level students is preferred.
Prior experience in English-medium schools will be given preference.
Completion of Cambridge Stage 1 and Stage 2 training is an advantage.
Excellent command of English (both spoken and written), strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to manage workload and perform effectively under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
Able to teach Commerce subjects (Accounting, Business Studies & Economics) in accordance with the CAIE curriculum for Classes VIII–XII.
Prepare the syllabus, session plans, schemes of work, and detailed lesson plans.
Design and develop question papers and mark schemes aligned with CAIE standards.
Create and deliver lecture materials and multimedia presentations.
Assess and evaluate students' written work, assignments, and overall performance.
Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support student portfolio development following school guidelines.
Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, line managers, and school administrators.
Collaborate with the school team and contribute to academic planning and events.
Take initiative and willingly perform tasks assigned by section and school management.
Fulfill all academic responsibilities, including exam duties and parent communication.
Actively participate in the school's ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) programme.
