• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any related discipline.

Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly skilled or exceptionally deserving candidates.

Must be a creative and professional Graphic Designer

Self-motivated, punctual, hardworking, and deadline-oriented

Ability to multitask and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar Design software) and have basic skills in MS Word & Excel on both Mac and Windows platforms.

Strong typing skills in both Bangla and English (using Avro or similar typing software).

Ability to perform video editing and knowledge of printing technology will be an added advantage.

Must possess strong creativity and design sense.

Photography skills will be considered a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must be a team player with good communication and social skills.
