∎ O’ Level and A’ Level educational background preferred.
∎ Proficiency in phonics/phonetics will be given preference.
∎ Work experience in an English-medium school will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Active in school events and programs.
∎ Only females are allowed to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Teach core subjects based on academic background, following the CAIE syllabus.
∎ Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students in PG/Nursery to Grade III.
∎ Prepare session outlines, lesson plans, and termly syllabi.
∎ Develop teaching materials, including worksheets and multimedia presentations.
∎ Conduct assessments and prepare question papers and marking schemes.
∎ Evaluate and monitor student progress regularly.
∎ Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
∎ Promote independent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving among students.
∎ Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
∎ Maintain and update student portfolios in accordance with school guidelines.
∎ Actively participate in school events and co-curricular activities.
∎ Attend mandatory professional development programs and internal training sessions.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership as a proactive team member.
∎ Carry out administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned by school management.
∎ Follow school policies and contribute to the improvement of academic standards.
