1. Manage end-to-end credit recovery and collection activities.

2. Follow up with overdue customers through calls, messages, and other appropriate communication channels.

3. Develop and execute recovery strategies to reduce overdue and delinquent accounts.

4. Negotiate repayment arrangements and ensure timely settlement of outstanding dues.

5. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and monitor repayment commitments.

6. Escalate high-risk and long-overdue accounts to management with proper recommendations.

7. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Credit, and other relevant teams regarding recovery matters.

8. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, commitments, payments, and outstanding balances.

9. Prepare regular recovery reports, including collection performance, overdue accounts, and recovery status.

10. Conduct field visits where required for critical or high-value recovery cases.

11. Ensure all recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.

12. Identify recurring repayment issues and recommend measures to improve portfolio quality.
