Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Fintech company, Bank, or Financial Institution, preferably in relationship management, institutional sales, or partnership roles.

  • Proven experience in onboarding financial institutions and managing strategic institutional relationships.

  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to independently manage external partnerships and drive business growth.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with existing partner Banks and NBFIs to ensure sustainable business growth and service continuity.

  2. Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new Banks and NBFIs to expand the company’s financial partnership portfolio.

  3. Act as the principal liaison and single point of contact between the company and all partner financial institutions.

  4. Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and institutional engagements with Banks and NBFIs.

  5. Prepare proposals, commercial structures, agreements, and partnership documentation for both new and existing financial partners.

  6. Conduct professional business pitches and presentations to prospective financial institutions.

  7. Monitor billing, receivables, and payment follow-ups with partner institutions to ensure timely settlements as per agreed terms.

  8. Resolve operational, financial, compliance, and business-related matters in coordination with internal teams and partner institutions.

  9. Maintain and manage all contracts, MOUs, agreements, and regulatory documentation related to financial institutions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  10. Coordinate closely with Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities.
