• Oversee all branch operations to ensure smooth daily functioning, timely problem resolution, and consistent service delivery.

• Drive sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and local outreach activities.

• Develop and execute plans to strengthen brand visibility and increase market share within the local community.

• Recruit, coach, and mentor staff to build a high-performing, customer-focused team while promoting continuous development.

• Set clear performance targets to optimize sales, service, and operational results.

• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by instilling a culture of responsiveness, quality service, and effective complaint resolution.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory and resource allocation to maximize branch profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk-management procedures to protect assets and reputation.

• Implement process improvements and best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the customer experience.

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management and propose actionable recommendations.
