Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team and help clients find their perfect investments.

📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and acquire new clients through proactive marketing & networking

✅ Conduct property site visits, open houses & presentations

✅ Negotiate prices, contracts & payment plans to close deals

✅ Explain legal documents, ownership details & registration procedures

✅ Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business & referrals

✅ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

✅ Coordinate with marketing, legal & finance teams

✅ Maintain records of leads, calls & transactions

✔️ Requirements

🎓 Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration)

📅 Experience: 1–2 years in flat/land/plot sales (Developer / Real Estate sector preferred)

🔹 Strong knowledge of property registration & mutation procedures

🔹 Sound understanding of real estate laws & local market trends

🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Ability to manage multiple client portfolios & field visits

🔹 Basic legal knowledge related to land matters
