Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive marketing and networking to build a robust pipeline.
Site Viewings & Promotion: Arrange and conduct property site visits, showcasing land features, and conduct open houses to attract potential buyers.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment plans, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/annual revenue goals.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all land transactions comply with legal requirements and collaborate with legal/finance teams.
Identify and contact potential land buyers (individuals, businesses, investors)
Present land projects, location advantages, and pricing details
Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
Explain legal documents, ownership details, and payment plans
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and legal teams
Maintain records of leads, calls, and transactions
Convert leads into confirmed sales
