Responsibilities & Context:
1. Prepare effective sales plans with deadline.
2. Address client’s inquiries and concern with professionalism and confidence.
3. Provide exact information to clients (accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment options etc).
4. Lead client efficiently & effectively to achieve sales target.
5. Maintain relationship with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
6. Generate leads through contacting potential & existing clients.
7. Follow up on the given leads of the clients & bring results.
8. Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.
9. Active participation with the sales & marketing team and support them.
