Responsibilities & Context:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Field)

Job Context

Voicefly Technology is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our business. The selected candidates will spend most of their working hours visiting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, promoting our IT and communication solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is primarily a field-based sales role. Candidates should be comfortable meeting clients face-to-face, traveling within the assigned areas, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit potential corporate clients, businesses, and organizations on a daily basis to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular field visits (approximately 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM) to promote company products and services.

  • Report daily activities, client feedback, and visit outcomes to the Reporting Manager.

  • Promote and sell the company's solutions, including:

    • IP-PBX Solution

    • Call Center Solution

    • Bulk SMS & Voice SMS

    • Cloud/Hosted PBX

    • VPS & Dedicated Server

    • Networking & IT Infrastructure Solutions

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service implementation.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using company reporting methods.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
