We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Customer Engagement Executive who has excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos, communicating with customers, and converting inquiries into sales.
You will play an important role in building trust with customers, creating engaging product videos, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls
Provide clear product information and guide customers in making purchasing decisions
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion
Create short product videos, demos, and promotional clips for social media
Present products confidently in front of the camera
Explain product benefits in a clear and engaging way
Assist customers with order tracking and post-purchase support
Handle basic complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Build positive relationships with customers
Suggest ideas to improve sales and customer engagement
Identify common customer questions and help improve product communication
Female candidate preferred
Excellent Bangla communication skills (English is a plus)
Strong sales mindset and persuasion skills
Confident in speaking on camera and creating short videos
Friendly personality and customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp communication
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or social media is a plus
Experience in e-commerce or online sales
Comfortable using smartphone video recording and simple editing apps
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations at once
