Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Content & Optimization Intern who will support our academic and content operations team. The primary responsibility will be generating high-quality academic questions, organizing them systematically, and optimizing them for clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate subject-wise academic questions (MCQs, short questions, descriptive, etc.)
Ensure questions align with syllabus and learning objectives
Review and improve question clarity, structure, and accuracy
Categorize and list questions properly within the platform
Optimize content for readability and student engagement
Support in updating and maintaining question databases
Assist in basic digital content formatting and uploading
Requirements
Strong academic background (preferably in relevant subject area)
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to research and verify academic accuracy
Basic understanding of Google Docs/Sheets or similar tools
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
