Responsibilities & Context:
Call and counsel prospective students for IELTS online and offline courses.
Provide detailed information about course structure, schedules, and benefits.
Convince and guide students to complete their admissions and submit necessary files.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and compliance documentation.
Ensure all IELTS-related compliance requirements and procedures are properly followed.
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth class management.
Follow up with potential students to maximize enrollment conversions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
