Job Responsibilities

• Candidate should have mentality to work at under pressure.

• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, online & Email.

• Provide appropriate advice based on understanding clients' goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.

• Assist clients with necessary documentation and application processes.

• Explain service details clearly and professionally.

• Candidate should have clear concept about universities & education system of India, Malaysia, Europe, Australia, UK.

• Counselling with the students and their parents over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility for higher study in India, Malaysia, Europe, Australia, UK.

• Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face. Prepare necessary documents.

• Mobile bill, Performance bonus

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (As per company policy)

• Weekly holiday (Friday)
