• Age 25 to 40 years

In-depth knowledge of Cambridge International assessment criteria and practical lab safety protocols.

Strong classroom management, digital literacy, and communication skills.

Prior experience teaching IGCSE or AS/A Level students in a registered school setting.

Candidates with an English medium academic background are highly preferred.

A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Cambridge professional teaching certification is a strong advantage.

1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons in accordance with Cambridge standards.

2. Practical Lab Work: Organize, supervise, and conduct laboratory experiments safely to reinforce theoretical concepts.

3. Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials ahead of schedule.

4. Student Assessment: Design periodic tests, mock exams, and continuous assessments to track performance.

5. Data Analysis: Maintain meticulous academic records and analyze student performance data to address gaps.

6. Parent Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavioral development, and academic concerns.

7. Syllabus Management: Ensure timely completion of the prescribed Cambridge syllabus while maintaining high academic excellence.

8. Institutional Alignment: Collaborate with school leadership to update academic strategies and participate in school events.
