Rafiuddin Memorial Academy is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Vice Principal to assist in leading the academic and administrative operations of the school. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining academic excellence, mentoring teachers, ensuring discipline, and contributing directly to classroom teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school.

• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality.

• Ensure effective implementation of the national curriculum and school academic policies.

• Develop academic plans, examination schedules, and co-curricular activities.

• Conduct classroom observations and provide professional guidance to teachers.

• Monitor student discipline, attendance, and academic performance.

• Coordinate examinations, result preparation, and academic reporting.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and behavior.

• Organize teacher training, workshops, meetings, and professional development programs.

• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school regulations.

• Teach English and other assigned classes as part of the regular teaching schedule.

• Demonstrate modern, student-centered teaching methodologies and serve as a role model for teachers.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal or School Management.

Educational Qualifications

• Master's Degree in English from a recognized university (Mandatory).

• B.Ed. or M.Ed. will be given preference.

• Strong academic background in English Language or English Literature.

• Minimum 5-15 years of teaching experience, preferably in an English-medium or reputed educational institution.

• Previous experience in an academic leadership position (Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, etc.) will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh National Curriculum.

• Ability to effectively teach English at the secondary level.

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
