Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the overall management of the University’s financial, audit, and accounting functions to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance.
Oversee preparation and maintenance of financial statements, budgets, accounts, and periodic financial reports.
Ensure effective internal control systems and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT, and financial policies.
Supervise internal and external audit activities and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Monitor income, expenditure, cash flow, and fund management to ensure proper financial discipline.
