Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (BBA/Honors) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any discipline from a recognized university.
A Master's Degree will be considered an added advantage.
Must have a personal motorcycle with a valid driving license, as the role requires frequent field visits to schools, colleges, and other locations for promotional and admission-related activities.
Experience Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or admission/student counseling is required.
Experience in education sector marketing, school/college visits, or education fairs.
Candidates with prior working experience in a university, college, or educational consultancy will be given preference.
Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of marketing, promotional, and admission counseling strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
Ability to counsel and convince prospective students and guardians effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic database/CRM management for lead tracking.
Must be smart, energetic, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet admission/enrollment deadlines.
Plan and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the university's brand image and boost student admissions.
Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers regularly to promote the university's programs.
Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and admission campaigns.
Counsel walk-in and online prospective students/guardians about programs, admission procedures, and facilities.
Manage and update digital marketing channels, including the website and social media pages.
Design and distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, banners, brochures, and admission circulars.
Liaise with print and electronic media for advertisements and publicity of admission notices.
Maintain a database of prospective students/leads and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve admission/enrollment targets set by management within the given timeline.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants for referral admissions.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Marketing/Admission Office or university authority.
