Job Summary
PROTTYASHI, A social development organization has been working for the development of the disadvantaged population of the country since its establishment and currently has been implementing a project on Skill Development and Vocational training in partnership with IOM. PROTTYASHI invites applications for the vacant position titled- Trainer System Installation and Maintenance/Plumbing Training/Baking and Pastry Staff Training for “Improving skills and market-driven economic opportunities for the Rohingya refugees in Cox's Bazar.” Project.
Reporting
Trainer will report to Project Coordinator/Training Center Manager. S/He has to maintain a functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams, and the organization’s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training to the selected participants on the developed module.
Follow up with participants on training and home work.
Prepare daily attendance and other necessary documents on training and share with project team
Prepare training notes and share with Training Center Manager/Project Coordinator as per need.
Identify training support needs from the CBLM, Course Outline, Beneficiaries and support training center manager to prepare PR and other requisitions.
Create positive mindset to the participants
Support training center manager in preparing Case Study, success story for the project documentation.
Conduct post-test and evaluate beneficiaries for further assistance as per given guidelines.
Support Training center manager to identify beneficiaries for input support and job placement.
