Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as directed.
Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of students.
Monitor students' learning, behavior, and overall development.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Assist in organizing school events and co-curricular activities.
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school authority.
