Job Responsibilities
Lead the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teachers and staff.
Ensure quality teaching, discipline, and student welfare.
Develop and implement the academic curriculum and school policies.
Build strong relationships with parents and the school community.
Monitor admissions, examinations, and daily school activities.
Ensure compliance with school regulations and educational standards.
Promote the growth, reputation, and continuous development of the school.
