1. Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms.

2. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and study abroad aspirations.

3. Provide accurate information about study destinations, universities, courses, and admission requirements.

4. Maintain and update client records in the company's CRM/database.

5. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

6. Assist students in preparing admission and visa-related documentation.

7. Explain Dreamway's services, application procedures, and timelines professionally.

8. Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth client service.

9. Attend company meetings, training sessions, seminars, and promotional events.

10. Build strong relationships with students and parents while maintaining excellent customer service.
