• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• At least 1 year

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Previous experience writing university-level academic assignments is required.

• Strong academic writing and research skills.

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.

• Ability to understand an academic question and develop a structured response.

• Good understanding of Business and Management theories, models, and frameworks.

• Good knowledge of academic referencing and citation.

• Strong proofreading and editing skills.

• Ability to work with different subjects, assignment briefs, word counts, and deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

• Familiarity with plagiarism/originality-checking tools

We are looking for full-time, experienced Academic Writers with a strong educational background in Business, Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Marketing, or related fields.

The successful candidate should have professional level experience in assisting with academic assignments, reports, case studies, essays, and research-based projects.

This role is suitable for candidates who are confident in academic research, critical analysis, structured writing, referencing, editing, and using modern AI tools responsibly as part of their research and writing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and assist with university-level academic assignments and projects based on detailed requirements.

• Work with topics involving business theories, models, frameworks, case studies, organisational issues, and management concepts.

• Analyse information and develop logical, evidence-based discussions and arguments.

• Assist with case studies, business reports, company analysis, essays, and research-based academic projects.

• Apply relevant academic theories and business frameworks appropriately.

• Follow specified word counts, formatting requirements, structure, and deadlines.

• Use appropriate academic referencing and citation styles such as APA, Harvard, MLA, etc.

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, AI usage, clarity, coherence, structure, and academic tone.

• Review sources and references carefully to ensure accuracy and proper attribution.

• Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements.

• Maintain high standards of originality and academic writing quality.
