Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct engaging and interactive OIETC preparation classes for Academic and General Training.
Teach the Speaking module only.
Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with OIETC standards.
Regularly assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students on test strategies, time management, and examination techniques.
Conduct mock tests and evaluate results to monitor students’ progress.
Provide one-on-one mentoring to students who require additional support.
Maintain student records and report progress to management.
