Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Visa Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection and admission procedures.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals and financial preferences and suggest suitable study destinations and programs.
Provide accurate information regarding university requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and admission processes.
Guide students through the complete student visa application process and required documentation.
Follow up with students regarding applications, offers, payments, medicals, visa processing and other necessary procedures.
Communicate with students and their guardians professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the admission and visa processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Maintain regular updates of student applications and follow up on pending documents.
Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and in-office consultations.
Achieve monthly admission/visa targets as assigned by management.
Maintain proper records of student information and application status.
Video, Reels & Social Media Responsibilities
Student Visa Success Stories নিয়ে ভিডিও তৈরি, উপস্থাপন ও প্রকাশ করা।
University, admission এবং student visa-related informative ও promotional content তৈরি করা।
Facebook, Instagram, ও YouTube-এর জন্য Video, Reels ও Short-form Content তৈরি ও উপস্থাপন করা।
Camera-facing presentation, voice-over এবং promotional video content-এ অংশগ্রহণ করা।
Students-এর success story, testimonial ও interview-based video তৈরি করা।
University, course, admission process এবং visa-related তথ্য সহজ ও আকর্ষণীয়ভাবে ভিডিওর মাধ্যমে উপস্থাপন করা।
Social media-এর জন্য নিয়মিত creative video ও reels ideas তৈরি করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী education fair, seminar, office event ও promotional activities-এর ভিডিও কনটেন্টে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
Content creation team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে নিয়মিত video/reels production সম্পন্ন করা।
