• Age 24 to 45 years

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, student counseling, or study abroad services.
• Strong knowledge of European university admission and student visa processes.
• Experience in counseling students for Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Malta, Cyprus, and other European destinations.
• Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
• Strong knowledge of student application processing, documentation, and visa requirements.
• Excellent English communication, counseling, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of achieving individual and team admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, budget, and preferred study destinations, and recommend the most suitable options

• Provide expert guidance on university and course selection across multiple destinations (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.), matching student profiles to the right institutions

• Manage the complete application lifecycle — from shortlisting universities to submitting applications, tracking offer letters, and securing admissions

• Assist students in preparing high-quality SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other application documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with each institution's requirements

• Advise students on financial planning for overseas education, including tuition fees, cost of living, scholarships, and education loan guidance

• Guide students through visa application procedures for multiple countries, ensuring complete and accurate documentation in line with each country's immigration requirements

• Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare students to confidently handle official visa interviews

• Continuously monitor and stay updated on changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and university admission criteria across all destination countries

• Handle student queries and concerns promptly, providing timely follow-ups at every stage of the admission and visa process

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and alumni to encourage referrals and repeat business

• Liaise and coordinate with international university representatives, admissions officers, and partner institutions to resolve application-related issues

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, application statuses

• Achieve individual and team counseling, conversion, and revenue targets set by management

• Represent the company professionally at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school/college outreach programs to generate leads and promote brand visibility

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential student segments and support lead generation campaigns

• Mentor and support junior counselors by sharing destination-specific knowledge and best practices

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical counseling standards, and destination-country regulatory guidelines

• Prepare periodic reports on counseling activities, conversion rates, and student feedback for management review

Lunch Allowance: Employees are provided with a lunch allowance of BDT 70 per working day, payable monthly along with their salary.
