Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a smart, confident, target-driven and presentable Student Counsellor to guide prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions and student visa applications.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into student visa file openings.
Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and in person.
Recommend suitable study destinations, universities and programs.
Guide students on admission, visa requirements and documentation.
Follow up with leads to maximize file opening and enrolment conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions and processing team for smooth application handling.
Promote Canada PR and Australia PR services to eligible clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.
Achieve monthly student visa file opening and sales targets.
