Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct structured online IELTS preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests for both Academic and General Training formats
Evaluate student writing and speaking samples and provide band-score-aligned feedback
Track student progress toward target band scores and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Coordinate scheduling with the academic/operations team for class timings
Maintain class records and attendance through the firm's designated systems
