About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, paid ads, email, and social. This is a generalist role for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and doesn't need heavy hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & GEO: Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and technical SEO, build backlink strategies, and run regular site audits. Optimize content for traditional search engines as well as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — making sure brand content is discoverable and accurately represented in AI-driven answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Google Ads: Plan, launch, and manage Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. Handle keyword bidding, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization with clear ROI reporting.
Facebook & TikTok Ads: Build and manage paid campaigns on both platforms — audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, retargeting, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). Continuously optimize for cost-per-result and ROAS.
Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns and automation flows (welcome series, nurture sequences, re-engagement). Handle list segmentation, A/B testing subject lines/content, and performance tracking.
Social Media (TikTok & Instagram): Own content strategy and posting calendars for both platforms. Create or direct short-form video content, run organic growth efforts, track engagement metrics, and stay current on platform trends and algorithm changes.
Reporting: Track KPIs across all channels and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels rather than a single specialty.
Demonstrated SEO expertise (technical, on-page, and link building), plus working knowledge of GEO/AEO concepts.
Practical experience managing live ad accounts on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager (not just theory — can show past campaign results and budgets managed).
Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Proven track record growing TikTok and Instagram accounts organically and through paid promotion.
Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong written and spoken English; able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
Nice to Have
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for TikTok/Reels content.
Familiarity with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier.
