Develop, approve, and implement 360-degree consumer-centric marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead category growth initiatives through effective brand management and business development.
Manage category P&L and drive profitability.
Develop innovative products and oversee new product launches.
Approve and implement brand positioning and communication strategies.
Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and brand development strategies.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Monitor media planning and buying activities.
Oversee the design and execution of ATL (Above-the-Line) and consumer-oriented BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns.
Evaluate brand performance and maximize marketing ROI.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Explore new revenue streams from existing and potential consumer segments.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and new product introductions.
Recommend brand extensions in coordination with the Indian Marketing Team, subject to Country Head approval.
Act as a key stakeholder in annual sales target planning and three-month sales forecasting for S&OP meetings.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
