Job Description:

• Identifying prospects and reaching out to potential clients. Conduct market research to generate leads and build prospect lists. Communicate with prospects via visits, calls, emails, and social platforms

• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions

• Learn to understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing & tech solutions

• Support closing deals and achieving the team's monthly & quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for campaign & other digital service requirements. Participate in sales meetings, large-scale campaigns, flagship initiatives, training sessions, and strategy discussions

• Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospects. Ensure proper documentation & reporting of day-to-day tasks. Oversee & coordinate the smooth handover of the project/s to the team.

• Partner with internal & external teams to align business and partnership goals, etc

What we need:

- Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla

- Comfortable in GSuite Tools and in preparing presentation decks.

- A clear understanding of the basics of Digital Marketing, websites, tech tools & solutions, etc. 

- 1 to 2 years of experience with exposure in a Marketing Agency or IT Sales will be preferred.

- Minimum graduation from reputed educational institutions, BBA/MBA in marketing will be preferred.

- Primary required soft skills: Sales, Stakeholder management
