Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote software, website, mobile app, and digital services.

• Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospective customers over the phone.

• Identify client needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication to close sales.

• Maintain accurate call records, client details, and sales reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Keep up to date with company services, offers, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, call center sales, marketing, or IT service sales.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.

• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Professional attitude with strong teamwork skills.
