This opportunity is ideal for experienced real estate professionals who want to maximize their income. Candidates may work full-time or part-time alongside their current job, provided they can effectively manage client relationships and close transactions.

• Other prime residential and commercial areas of Dhaka

Special Preference: Experienced agents with a strong client network in DOHS areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate verified property leads for buying, selling, and renting.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.

• Arrange and coordinate property viewings.

• Negotiate transactions professionally on behalf of clients.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Successfully close property sales and rental agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of clients and property listings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.

• Fresh graduates or candidates without real estate experience are not eligible.

• Proven track record in property sales and rental transactions.

• Ability to demonstrate previous successful deals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Good knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market.

• An established professional network will be considered a significant advantage.
