•⁠ ⁠Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned business execution.

•⁠ ⁠Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.

•⁠ ⁠Sell company shares and real estate projects, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by presenting properties based on their needs and preferences.

•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate sales activities with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.

•⁠ ⁠Align all sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and long-term business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Contribute to business planning, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
