Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in FMCG, retail sales or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Comprehensive training and development will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and developing the sales representatives.
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Monitoring daily field execution, route coverage and reporting compliance.
Assist the sales manager in identifying, evaluating, appointing and developing distributors, while ensuring the proper implementation of company policies sales programs and operational standards within the assigned distributors territories.
