Responsibilities & Context: Experience Required: N/A Job Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and development teams. Prepare BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and workflow diagrams. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist in project planning, requirement validation, and UAT activities. Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Support project delivery by coordinating between business and technical teams. Requirements Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and best practices. Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and business documentation. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of databases and software architecture. Experience working in software development or IT service companies.
