Minimum 2-3 years of practical sales experience in Feed, Poultry, Dairy, Livestock, Fisheries, Agro-input, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing markets.

Experience in dealer/distributor management will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Nabil Feed, a fast-growing concern of Nabil Group of Industries, is engaged in producing premium quality poultry, fish, and cattle feed across Bangladesh. We are looking for some dynamics, result-oriented, and strategic sales forces to lead territory sales operations, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.

  • Increase market share and brand presence in the assigned area.

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize revenue growth.

  • Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and key customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with poultry, cattle and fish farmers.

  • Ensure collection against sales targets.

  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to the customers.

  • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Organize customer meetings, seminars and promotional activities.

  • Ensure proper coverage of all assigned markets and customer segments.

  • Support the recovery and collection of outstanding receivables as per company policy.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and demand planning data.
