Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales goals for residential and commercial projects
➢ Develop new sales leads through project site visits, walk-in customers, referrals, online platforms, and promotional activities ➢ Professionally manage client interactions, including meetings, property demonstrations, and project presentations
➢ Plan, organize, and conduct site visits for potential buyers and ensure timely follow-ups
➢ Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
➢ Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management review
➢ Support the sales process from booking to documentation, agreement execution, and final handover
➢ Work closely with marketing, CRM, and legal departments to ensure seamless sales execution
➢ Monitor real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing movements to support sales strategy
➢ Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
