Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marketing Officer to join our team at Fatema Overseas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Marketing & Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·         Marketing all agents & manage the overseas information.

    ·         To manage calls & answering all quarries daily.

    ·         Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign recruitment agencies and employers.

    ·         Maintain communication, proposal development, and contract finalization with clients.

    ·         Coordinate with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.

    ·         Represent the company in local and international events/meetings if needed.

    ·         Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

    ·         Prepare regular reports and projections for overseas recruitment targets.

    ·         Ensure completion of any additional tasks assigned by the management as required.

    ·         Handle flight information & Manage relationships with travel agencies, associates and corporate.

    ·         Handle and oversee all travel arrangements and operations.

    ·         Negotiate offers or requirements with clients & agents.

    ·         Process market reports, analyses and handle reimbursements.

    ·         Ensure compliance in all aspects of procedures and competitors’ activities.

    ·         Visit Travel Agencies and Corporate & maintain relationship with agents and suppliers.

    ·         Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth.

    ·         Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.

    ·         Develop service procedures, policies and standards.

    ·         Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.
