Responsibilities & Context:

·       Specially experienced in Commercial Project sales.

·       Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calls

·       Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations

·       Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

·       Prepare and present sales proposals, brochures, and payment plans

·       Follow up regularly with leads to close sales

·       Maintain client database and submit daily/weekly sales reports

·       Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, expos, and events

·       Stay updated on company inventory, pricing, and market trends
