Compass International School is looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Officer to grow our student referral network across Dhaka. The primary goal of this role is to increase enrolments in Class 8 and above, and to drive registrations for our Cambridge O Level and A Level programmes.

This is primarily a field role — you will be out building and nurturing relationships with coaching centers, private tutors, study abroad consultants, and community influencers who can consistently refer students to Compass.

Identify, approach, and onboard coaching centers, private tutors, and study abroad/immigration consultants as referral partners

1. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referral partners in Banani and surrounding areas

2. Pitch Compass International School's programmes with a focus on Class 8 admissions and O/A Level registrations

3. Negotiate and manage referral agreements and partnership terms

4. Track referral leads, conversions, and partner performance

5. Develop referral initiatives targeting community influencers, alumni, and current parents

6. Represent Compass at education fairs, community events, and partner meetings

7. Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline, and enrolled referrals

8. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure referred students are followed up and onboarded smoothly
